1. Valid ID to prove you are over 18 must be provided on entry. We cannot accept photos or photocopies of IDs. The ID we accept are; Passport, Driving Licence or PASS card.
  2. Vibe Management reserve the right to refuse entry at any time.
  3. We reserve the right to eject anyone from our property at any time.
  4. We reserve the right to enforce a ban should we deem it necessary.
  5. By entering you understand that CCTV is in operation at all times.
  6. Photographs taken in our venue by our venue photographer may be shared to social media, we can remove photos upon request.
  7. Any vouchers, wristbands or tickets that are not in date, defaced  or broken will not be valid.

Each item is charged at £2, only one item per hanger.

Vibe is not responsible for any items left in coat pockets or bags.

Items will only be returned to a customer with a valid ticket. If you lose your ticket you will have to wait until the venue closes and the item will be returned to you if a full description is provided, under the Duty Managers discretion. 

Items are left at the owners discretion. If an item is lost whilst in our care we will reimburse the owner the value of the item up to £100. Proof of use (ticket) must be provided by the customer and we will verify this using CCTV. If you have lost your ticket we can accept no responsibility for your coat.

Coats left in the cloakroom are kept for 2 weeks, any left after this time are donated to a local charity shop.

We will tolerate no abuse, verbal or physical, of our cloakroom staff.

We do our best to reunite customers with their lost items. Throughout the night any items found or handed into staff are taken to the cloakroom where they can be reunited with their owner provided we are given a full description.

Lost property items are stored each night and logged. 

Any coats found in the venue not originally stored in the cloakroom are logged and stored and come under the cloakroom terms and conditions.

Lost property items are kept for 2 weeks, following this items are either handed to the Police or donated to a local charity shop.

Shot vouchers can be exchanged for Sours or equivalent shot for the date stated on them only. One shot voucher per person per transaction.

Drink vouchers can be exchanged on the date of purchase for either a bottle of Carlsberg, VK or a house spirit and mixer (excluding RedBull).

Service may be refused if we believe you are intoxicated.

Right of admission reserved – we have the right to refuse you entry if you are intoxicated, do not meet dress code standards or due to anti-social behaviour.

Vouchers remain the property of VIBE and can be confiscated if we believe they are being misused.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Any + ticket purchased from VIBE Lancaster entitles you to entry and 4 (HAPPY+) or 2 (VIBE+) drink vouchers.

Entry is guaranteed until 1am, after this time you will not need to pay again but entry is subject to capacity and cannot be guaranteed.

Birthday packages can be claimed the week of your birthday, or the weekend before. 

Birthday packages must be booked in advance.

The package gives you free entry and queue jump. You may bring 5 friends with you to queue jump, but they will need to purchase tickets or pay for entry on the night, unless you have purchased a VIP Experience package. 

You will also receive £20’s worth of Vibe dollars which can be spent at the bar on full price products, or redeemed against a VIP Experience.

These cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in the venue, and no change will be given.

They can only be used on the date stated on the voucher.

Service may be refused by bar staff if they believe you to be intoxicated.

Any giveaways advertised on our Instagram or facebook have no association with the relevant platform.

The prize is as advertised and may be redeemed on the date intended only. 

Prizes cannot be exchanged for any cash or credit.
