Vibe has a new dedicated Welfare room kitted out with a range of First Aid equipment for anyone who needs help or support whilst visiting us.

On busy nights we have an on-site dedicated Medic trained to First Response Emergency Care Level 4, who is on hand to help with any issues that may arise.

We have increased the amount of security staff on site and have a brand new team in place, including female door supervisors.

We have increased the number of cameras on site, and will have a dedicated member of staff monitoring them whilst open to spot issues and ensure the security or welfare team respond as quickly as possible.

All our glasses are now reusable plastic for your safety. Free drinking water is available from all bars

We do our very best to eradicate spiking, with bag searches on entry and vigilant bar staff and security roaming the venue. We also have free Spikies and Stoptopps at all bars, plus drink spike testing kits are also available in our welfare room. If you believe you may have been spiked please speak to a member of our team immediately and we will do our best to assist you.

We have a team of staff who are trained to spot welfare issues and provide help and signposting if needed, they are always happy to help!

We have a dedicated Welfare Station at Bar One where you can pick up free bottled water, spikes stop topps and we even have flip flops for sale! A member of staff will always be on hand to offer any help you may need, or signpost you to someone who can help further.
